What we collect, and what we do not
Short version: the tools run in your browser and we never see what you type into them. The only data that reaches us is what you deliberately send through a form.
The tools
Every calculator, quiz and checklist on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your inputs, your scores and your checklist ticks are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Checklist progress is stored in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh, and clearing your browser data clears it.
Forms
When you submit an enquiry form we receive the details you entered: your name, company, email, phone, what you need, your timeline and your message. We also record which page and which tool the enquiry came from, so we know what you were looking at when you wrote to us.
That data reaches the GoDesign FZE team and is used to reply to you and to manage the work if you become a client. It is not sold, rented or passed to any other company. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing scale@godesign.ae.
Analytics
This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which tools get used and which pages people leave. That involves cookies set by Google and the usual technical information a browser sends: page URL, referrer, approximate location, device and browser type. We use it in aggregate, to decide what to build next.
You can block it with any standard content blocker and every tool on this site will still work exactly the same way.
Third parties
Some tools link out to free services such as Google Search Console, PageSpeed Insights and Meta's pricing documentation. Following those links takes you to those companies and their own terms apply. We do not pass anything about you to them.
The WhatsApp button opens a conversation with our business number. Anything you send there is handled by WhatsApp under Meta's terms, in addition to ours.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email scale@godesign.ae and we will answer within one business day.
